What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your account email address and basic account details needed to run your subscription. When visitors submit one of your waitlist forms, we collect and store that submission data — the fields you configured — on your behalf. For those submissions you are the data controller and we act as your processor.
How we use it
We use account data to operate your account, authenticate you, and send service-related messages. We use submission data only to provide the service to you — storing it, showing it in your dashboard, exporting it, and delivering it to the webhooks or email addresses you set up. We do not sell your data or your visitors' data.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual submissions or your entire account at any time, and we will remove the associated data within a reasonable period.
